As president of Gaetano Pools Inc. of Sarasota, Florida, I would like to share with you our family's experience and commitment to the pool industry. In 1976, I started as a laborer for Anthony Pools in Phoenix, AZ who is and was the largest pool company in the country. I trained in all phases of pool construction and customer relations. This experience began at the end of a shovel, to a 90lb. jackhammer and eventually to the sales presentation to customers. I believe that by being involved physically in every aspect of construction gives you the best experience in the world. Refining my skills in the industry helped me learn two very important lessons… how to work with the best home builders in the area and more importantly how to listen to what the customer really wants and expects of our company.

After working for 10 years in the field in Arizona, I moved to south Florida to join my mother and sister, where I became a sub contractor. My mother and my entire family have been a major support factor in fulfilling my dream.
I am currently a Florida state certified pool builder and recipient of many national and local awards. I previously built my previous company from a tiny office in my closet into the best and largest pool builder not only in Sarasota but the whole west coast of Florida. We built pools for all the nations largest home builders such as: U.S. Homes, Lennar Homes, Ryland Homes, Centex Homes, Nohl Crest Homes, Rutenberg Homes, Tivoli Homes, Westfield Homes, John Cannon Homes, Todd Johnston Homes, Kimball Hill Homes and several thousand private homeowners as well. I achieved both a goal and a dream.
I had a opportunity to fulfill another dream and travel the country. I sold my company and for the last 5 years traveled the country. I am now ready for another chapter, to build pools again! It's in my blood and is what makes me tick. I started a new company, Gaetano Pools, Inc., where I am committed to build the best pools in the area at a fair value. I personally will design and supervise each and every pool. This time around, I do not want to be the biggest; I just want to maintain a personal commitment to my customers and will do everything possible to merit their trust. I look forward to the new friendships and continuing the dream and family tradition.
